Dispatch Timeline
All orders placed before 5:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next working day.
We are based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and all products are dispatched directly from our verified stock.

Shipping Charges

- •COD orders may have an additional handling charge of ₹30
Courier Partners
We use reliable courier services including Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Blue Dart. The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your location for the fastest delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A WhatsApp message with your tracking link (if you provided your phone number)
- An email confirmation with your AWB (tracking number)
You can also track your order from your Account page.
Packaging
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Bottles and tubs are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy outer packaging. We take full responsibility for ensuring your supplements arrive safely.
Lost or Damaged Orders
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged (sealed outer packaging tampered), please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
