As food-based products, opened supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our Quality Commitment
We take great care to ensure that every product we ship meets the highest standards. Before any order leaves our store, we verify:

- โManufacturing and expiry dates โ all products have a minimum 3 months shelf life remaining
- โSeal integrity โ no tampered or broken factory seals
- โCorrect product โ right flavor, size, and quantity as ordered

Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return / Replacement:
- โWrong product delivered (different brand, flavor, size, or quantity)
- โProduct arrived with damaged packaging due to transit (report within 24 hours with photos)
- โFactory seal broken upon delivery (not opened by you โ pre-broken)
- โProduct is clearly expired at the time of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- โProducts that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- โProducts returned without original packaging, stickers, or seals
- โDamage reported after 24 hours of delivery
- โChange of mind (you ordered the wrong flavor or size)
- โProducts purchased during sale or with discount codes
Why no returns on opened products? Supplements are food-grade products. Once opened, we cannot guarantee the condition, storage, or handling. This policy protects every customer from receiving a product that has been tampered with.
How to Report a Problem

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email. Damage reports submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Send photos or video
Share clear photos or a short video of: (a) the unopened product as received, (b) the outer packaging/box, (c) the shipping label. This helps us file a claim with the courier if needed.

Our team will review your report within 24 hours and confirm the next steps.

Replacement or refund
Once approved, we either ship a replacement product at no extra cost, or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
